Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of Skejjy (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Don't use Skejjy to:

  • Break the law or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share, including others' copyrighted material, private data, or images of people who haven't consented.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the Service or any connected account.
  • Scrape, automate, or load-test the Service without permission.
  • Connect calendar URLs or accounts you do not own or have permission to use.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload — activities, photos, names, share-link labels, and so on. You grant Skejjy a limited license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for the content you create and for the people you choose to share it with.

Calendar imports

When you connect a Google Calendar account or a calendar URL, Skejjy reads events from that source only when you explicitly preview or import them. Imported events become Skejjy activities. We do not write to your external calendar, and we don't keep imported activities in sync with later changes in the source. You can disconnect a calendar source at any time.

Share links

Share links grant read access to anyone who has the URL. Distributing a share link is your choice — you control who gets it and you can deactivate or delete a link at any time. Skejjy does not authenticate or screen the people you share a link with.

Service availability

We try to keep Skejjy reliable, but the Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may need to perform maintenance, change features, or take the Service offline from time to time. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months (which may be zero).

Termination

You can stop using Skejjy at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the Service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
